Abstract
Sultan Abdurrahman Riau Archipelago State Islamic High School (STAIN) is a campus that was established to support government programs in improving human resources in the field of religious higher education and continuing the fame of the academic tradition and Malay civilization of the Riau-Lingga Sultanate. Research at STAIN Sultan Abdurrahman is making Lecturer Workload (BKD) applications to make it easier for the campus to manage lecturer performance data. This study uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method with 90 days according to the design schedule. At the application testing stage using the Black Box and User Acceptance Test (UAT), namely applications that are made acceptable to users with a percentage of 83.70%, which is very strong.
