Abstract

Learning is essentially a process of regulating and organizing the environment around students so that they can grow and encourage students to carry out the learning process, in the learning process educators have an important role in directing students to acquire knowledge, skills and meaningful experiences. educators are able to create practical, interesting, easy-to-understand teaching materials that can master the concepts and applications of learning in everyday life by associating examples of acid-base material and can learn the processing of a material into useful products that have economic value and are made into products Entrepreneur. This research is a type of Research and Development (R&D) research using the 4D model. This research only reached the development stage. The purpose of this study was to produce a pocket book with a chemoentrepreneurship approach on acid-base material for class XI SMA/MA that is valid and practical for students. This study used research instruments in the form of expert validation sheets and student and educator response questionnaire sheets. The data obtained is qualitative data and then the data is converted into quantitative data. The results of this study indicate that the pocket book with the chemoentrepreneurship approach on acid-base material for class XI SMA/MA is declared valid and very practical. This is based on the validation results of material experts obtaining an assessment of 73.33% with valid criteria and teaching materials expert validation obtaining an assessment of 64.28% with a valid category. For the practicality questionnaire the teacher's response obtained an assessment of 95.00% with very practical criteria and the student response practicality questionnaire obtained an assessment of 89.00% with very practical criteria. Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that the pocket book with the chemoentrepreneurship approach on acid-base material for class XI SMA/MA is very suitable for use as a chemistry teaching material.
