Abstract

Purpose of the study is to assess the application of binary logistic analysis regression. Binary Logistic regression was used because the variables used in this study consisted of a dummy dependent variable and the independent variable scale interval / ratio. The variable in this study is composed of employee performance variables of Return on Assets (ROA) and Return on Equity (ROE) as independent variables and the dependent variable variableis incentive as consisting of two categories (code 0 = None Scheme Management and Code 1 = There Skim Management). Source of data in the study is a secondary data is data obtained from the company's financial statements of companies in Indonesia Shari’ah Stock Index (ISSI) who has managerial stock, which consists of 65 companies Shari'ah in 2013. The data used in the the study is quantitative data inferential test research hypotheses. The hypothesis of this study is a significant influence on the company's performance incentive. Data processing using software SPSS and Minitab.The results showed that the ROA does not have a significant impact on the company incentive shari'ah, while ROE has a significant influence on the company incentive Shari'ah.
