Abstract
SMK was a school that prepared its graduates to be ready to work and experienced in their fields. In SMK, there were practicum activities that allowed students to be actively involved in observing, forming hypotheses, analysing, and drawing conclusions from what was observed, as well as helped students make connections between theory and the results obtained. Practicum implementation required a module as teaching material and instructions for practicum implementation. This type of research used research and development (R&D) with the ADDIE development model. The ADDIE model used five stages in research, namely: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. This research used qualitative data collection techniques and quantitative data which were combined and analysed to improve the product before publication, instruments to obtain information data with quality tested for validity and reliability in order to obtain valid data and variables with interviews and questionnaires with data analysis techniques of validity test results using Likert scale form described in the form of the percentage validity level, analysis of practicality test results with the degree of achievement based on the Likert scale, data analysis of effectiveness test results with classical learning outcomes test completeness. This study described the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of Kodular-based practicum e-modules as learning resources and guidelines in the implementation of vocational microbiology practicum. Based on the overall results of the assessment obtained from the validity, practicality, and effectiveness tests, the development of the SMK microbiology practicum e-module was declared very valid because it obtained 91% in material validation, 95% in media validation, and was categorized as very practical because it obtained 97% of the effectiveness level during its implementation and was declared very effective because it obtained an interpretation of 100%.
