Abstract

to make things easier for the community and also as a form of realization of the obligations of government officials to serve the community. Like the online-based SKCK program, this is a form of service to the community from the government. The Riau Islands Police, Batam City, has made every effort to implement the SKCK Online policy, although it has not yet been fully implemented efficiently. This research aims to find out about the implementation of online-based SKCK service policies in the Riau Islands Regional Police, Batam City. This research is located in Batam City. This research uses a descriptive qualitative research approach as the main data source. Data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation techniques. This research uses Charles O. Jones' theory which has 3 indicators. The research results can be seen from the indicators used, namely: 1) Organizing, 2) Interpretation, and 3) Application. The conclusion is that the implementation of the online-based SKCK Service policy based on the Regulation of the Head of the National Police of the Republic of Indonesia Number 18 of 2014 concerning Procedures for Issuing Police Disability Certificates has been running quite optimally, although there are still some shortcomings. The researcher's suggestion is that the Riau Islands Regional Police pay more attention to service details and evaluate the service system so that it makes it easier and can reach the community as a whole.
