Abstract

In every company, one of the key factors to win in global competition is to enhance human resources (HR), which is closely correlated with performance improvement. To improve performance, strategies are not only needed from the business side but also need to pay attention to ethical and moral aspects, namely organizational culture. This study aims to identify the organizational culture used to improve employee performance so that the company's productivity can be increased. In addition, to find out the obstacles that hinder the implementation of organizational culture. The method used is qualitative descriptive method. The research results are based on the indicators of (1) Innovation and risk taking, employees have the ability to innovate, take risks and are enthusiastic about facing change. (2) Attention to detail, all work must be done in a planned, detailed and clear manner according to SOP. (3) Results-oriented, employees can perform well all programs and activities based on goals to achieve organizational goals effectively and efficiently. (4) Individual-oriented, employees can implement AKHLAK values that are taken as a guideline for organizational culture. (5) Team-oriented, employees can work in teams and collaborate to achieve company goals. (6) Aggressiveness, each employee can compete, compete healthily by demonstrating their own strengths. and (7) Stability, the company rewards employees by demonstrating work efficiency. The obstacle is that there is no regular assessment to measure the level of these AKHLAK values. It can be concluded that PT Jamkrindo Tanjungpinang Branch Office employees have deployed and implemented well the Organizational Culture, specifically the AKHLAK organizational culture in improving operational efficiency.
